Brotherhood Men's Fellowship - Men strengthening the fellowship and ministries of the church.
- Meets every 3rd Saturday at 10:30 AM Choir/Music Ministry - Provides ministry through music; singing hymns, gospel, spirituals and contemporary Christian music. - Rehearses every Tuesday at 6:30 PM YPD - Young People's Department (YPD) - Develops healthy Christian leadership skills for youth. - Meets every 3rd Sunday at 10:45 AM. Worship Arts Ministry Enhances worship through the art of dance and theater by studying and meditating on the word of God, learning different disciplines of dance and choreograph dances that uplift and encourage people from all walks of life. Lay Organization Educate the laity in the history and structure of the AMEC, preserving the memory of our founder, Richard Allen, and preparing each member for leadership in the church. - Meets every 4th Saturday at 10:00 AM. Class Leaders - Develop an environment that will be conducive for the spiritual growth and development of Class Leaders and their members. |
Steward Board - Maintain and strengthen the spiritual condition and welfare of the church
Trustee Ministry - Operate and maintain the building and grounds of the church. Sunday School - Provide biblical instruction Grant Women's Missionary Society Report - Increase Missionary Work and Membership in St.Peters AME Church, increasing the spirituality of members by encouraging them to be doers of the word and not hearers only. "James 1:22 - Meets every 4th Saturday 11:00 AM Women's Ministry - Becoming more active in nurturing and serving the kingdom of God with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience while developing intimate relationships with our sisters from all walks of life. Prayer Ministry - A very intentional ministry of prayer led by a member of the ministerial team in cooperation with the Board of Stewards to foster corporate prayer in the congregation. Bereavement Ministry - Provides care for persons experiencing the transition of a loved one or who have recently experienced the transition of a loved one. |
